Team Rosters created by Age and Position — Ages could be mixed
Tournament Format — Pool and Elimination Rounds, All players guaranteed to play in 3 games

Refund and weather policies
- Once a registration fee is paid for All-Star Fest Weekend, refunds will not be issued for any reason.
- If an event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather or field conditions, registrants will be allowed to transfer into All Star Make Up Weekend
