Refund and weather policies
- Once a registration fee is paid for All-Star Weekend, refunds will not be issued for any reason.
- If an event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather or field conditions, registrants will be allowed to transfer into All Star Make Up Weekend
FAQs
- Players should provide baseball gear, white pants, and blue belt
- Players should wear jersey hat and shorts to opening ceremonies and SKILLS competition
- Players provide all gear, gloves, mitts, helmets, etc
- Rosters are developed by age and position — 10 to 12 players per team
- Rosters and weekend schedule released Wednesday week of All Star Games
- Coaches are provided through GMB staffing and volunteer coaches (volunteer coaches receive coaches gear package at check-in)

GMB All Stars that require overnight stays are required to use our approved 2026 hotel partner. GMB has a great working relationship with our listed hotel partner and is blocking rooms at competitive rates.
