Refund and weather policies
- Once a registration fee is paid for All-Star Weekend, refunds will not be issued for any reason.
- If an event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather or field conditions, registrants will be allowed to transfer into All Star Make Up Weekend

Players should provide baseball gear, white pants, and blue belt
Players should wear jersey hat and shorts to opening ceremonies
Players provide all gear, gloves, mitts, helmets, etc
Rosters are developed by age and position — 10 to 12 players per team
Rosters and weekend schedule released Wednesday week of All Star Games
Coaches are provided through GMB staffing and volunteer coaches (volunteer coaches receive coaches gear package at check-in)

GMB All Stars that require overnight stays are required to use our approved 2025 hotel partner. GMB has a great working relationship with our listed hotel partner and is blocking rooms at competitive rates.
